Refund policy
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item arrives with an error made by us
- If you need help with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
No Refunds for the Following:
- Wrong size, color, or design chosen by the customer
- Spelling errors submitted in the personalization box
- Changing your mind after the order has entered production
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
