Refund policy

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives with an error made by us
  • If you need help with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

No Refunds for the Following:

  • Wrong size, color, or design chosen by the customer
  • Spelling errors submitted in the personalization box
  • Changing your mind after the order has entered production
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
