• Processing time: Please allow 1-2 weeks before your order ships.
• Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
• Royal Craft Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• Once the package is with the carrier, delays are outside our control.
• If your package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Replacement items may be offered depending on the situation.
